The need for micron level accuracy in manufacturing has been growing. We constructed suitable conditions and processes (clean area) for manufacturing through the merging of mold technology and mass production technology, and provide stable quality and cost advantages. In addition, we introduced the same latest molding machines in each factory in Japan, China, and Vietnam, enabling the molding process with the same conditions to meet customers' demands.

Our pressed parts include pipe manufacturing utilizing precision small tools (cutting product and bent product) and curling process. Furthermore, the mass production of parts (hoops and insert molding) is realized by utilizing plastic molding technology and press technology.
